Sleep problems rarely announce themselves clearly

Most people adapt to poor sleep without realising how much it costs them. If any of these sound like you, a two-minute screening could be worth your time.

😴

Daytime exhaustion

You're tired all day despite going to bed at a reasonable hour. Caffeine gets you through, but it shouldn't have to.

🫁

Snoring or breathing pauses

Your partner says you snore heavily, gasp, or stop breathing in your sleep. You might not even know it's happening.

🌙

Can't fall or stay asleep

You lie awake for hours, or wake repeatedly through the night. The clock becomes the enemy.

🦵

Restless legs at night

An ache, a crawling sensation, an irresistible urge to move your legs, right when you need to be still.

💭

Worried about someone else

Their breathing worries you. Their tiredness worries you. Their mood has changed. You want to do something, but you're not sure what.

💊

Relying on sleep aids

Over-the-counter tablets, antihistamines, herbal remedies. None of them are fixing the problem, and some may be making it worse.

Poor sleep is not a lifestyle problem. It's a health risk.

The consequences of untreated sleep disorders are well established in medical literature, yet most people are never screened.

Four steps. Two minutes. No strings.

Walk into a participating pharmacy, complete the screening on a tablet, and have a conversation with a pharmacist trained in sleep health.

01

Answer a few questions

On a tablet at the pharmacy. Simple language, no medical jargon. It takes about two minutes.

02

Show the pharmacist your code

The screen displays a short reference code. That's all you share. No forms, no paperwork, no personal details.

03

Have a private conversation

The pharmacist explains what the screening suggests and talks through your options. Partners are welcome.

04

Decide what's right for you

A sleep test, a GP referral, or practical changes you can try tonight. No pressure. Your choice entirely.

Anonymous by design, not by accident

Many people avoid seeking help for sleep problems through embarrassment, anxiety, or not wanting concerns on record. SleepNav was built to remove that barrier entirely.

Nothing collected

No name, email, date of birth, or anything that identifies you. No account, no login, no registration.

Nothing transmitted

No data is sent to a server, stored in a database, or tracked with cookies. Close the screen and there is no trace.

Architecturally private

No part of the system, from screening through to consultation, requires your identity. This isn't a policy choice; the system simply cannot collect what it was never built to ask for.

Built on evidence, not venture capital

SleepNav is a Class I medical device developed by Snorer.com Ltd, informed by 30 years of sleep industry experience and active PhD research.

SleepNav exists for a specific reason: the gap between people struggling with sleep and the help that's available to them is too wide, too slow, and too often filled by products that don't work.

The screening is built on validated clinical instruments (STOP-Bang for obstructive sleep apnoea risk, ISI for insomnia severity), adapted for use in community pharmacy with pharmacists trained by the British Society of Pharmacy Sleep Services.

This is not a wellness app. It's a clinically grounded screening tool designed to sit inside a real healthcare consultation, delivered by a qualified professional who can act on the results.

MHRA registered as a manufacturer of Class I medical devices (GMDN 61087)
